We configure a coding assistant properly: skills, hooks, MCPs, so the agent is genuinely useful in a real codebase. From there we add automations across CI/CD, and only once that's proven does the line run unattended.

    Skills, hooks and MCPs configured around the coding assistant you already use, tuned to your codebase, conventions and review standards. Evals prove the setup holds up on real tickets before anything moves further.

  2. Agentic SDLC

    The proven setup is wired into CI/CD: branching, testing, review and deployment steps the agent can trigger and respond to, not just code it writes in isolation. Coverage grows ticket type by ticket type, each one gated on its own eval.

  3. Dark software factory

    Once enough of the pipeline is proven end to end, the line runs unattended: agents pick up tickets, ship code and escalate only what needs a human. Growth from here means widening what the factory is trusted to touch, not changing how it works.

    Each use case is measured against a benchmark built on your own tasks before it's trusted with real work. As more use cases pass, they start sharing context and tooling instead of running in isolation.

    Proven agents operate continuously within guardrails on a propose-then-approve basis, a human signs off on anything with real risk or cost. Growth means adding proven use cases, not loosening the guardrails.
